Hey Clubs and Societies! Hope that the New Year has been treating you well.
We have some annoying news for many of you regarding the O-Week registration page online – due to technical difficulties; we are going to need to take stall registrations offline. The following document must be used in place of the online registration form. We would ask that you fill out your stall registration and club info in this document and send it back to us at oweek@usu.usyd.edu.au by the 23rd January 2012. Now if you have already filled out a stall registration: you may only ignore filling out the document if you have received a confirmation email. We have sent out a number of confirmations in the last couple of days, so please check with the person you listed as your primary contact if they have received a confirmation. If they have not, then we have not received your application and you will need to fill out the offline document. Sorry for the inconvenience everyone. We look forward to seeing you all at O-Week!

Events are a great way to get new students involved in your club from the start. If you are planning an event during O-Week then follow your normal procedure through the C&S Office and then submit your event through the Calendar on www.usuonline.com. Get in quick to make sure that your event makes it on to our program!
